.)    Jamboree selling hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm. Vendor must be at the farm by 8:30am. Please be sure your booth is ready by 9:30am. If you would like you may set your booth up on Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm. During Jamboree, you must have someone to tend your booth. Stolen and/or damaged product is the responsibility of the vendor.

.)    There is a $50.00 deposit on ALL booths. Please send payment with application. We will refund the deposit on Sunday at 6:00pm after you participate both days of the Jamboree. If you do not attend both days deposit will be forfeited.

.)    Vendor’s fee will be 15% of the gross sales. Payment will need to be received before leaving the Jamboree on Sunday. In order to keep our vendor fees down, HONESTY is appreciated.

.)    Booth clean up is the responsibility of the vendor. Please help us by picking up garbage in and around your area. At the end of each day please bring your garbage to designated dumpster.

.)    All vendors must grow or make at least 75% by volume of their products offered for sale at any time. Please be specific when explaining product for sale. We would like to be sure every vendor has his/her specialties. Duplicate products will cut down profits for you. We will do our best not to have any two of the same item.

.)    All vendors must display a NYS Tax ID number for taxable items. If you have any questions regarding the sales tax number please contact the:
